The new B6 Screamer is FIA approved to 8855-1999 and replaces the popular B6F and B6F XL.
The belt holes are now positioned higher for taller drivers. The rear of the seat has a new design which is more compact to avoid roll bars and better looking. Importantly the weight is now 20% lighter than the B6F as this seat uses our brand new moulding system which creates seats of a superior strength.

The Screamer can be used quite comfortably without any padding, meaning that you can achieve a lower driving position than most other seats on the market. The seat is ultra rigid which stops the harness and Hans device from coming loose during an accident. This rigidity coupled with the fact that the seat can run without covering, adds to driver feedback from the chassis and the lack of covering also works better in any harsh environment.
Other options include a beautiful carbon front surface finish and thin suede covered panels to dampen vibration.

T9.5 VRS Racing Kart Seat

The handmade T9.5VRS is a more reclined version of the T9.
The VRS is a soft VG seat in the centre with rigid sides. We have found this VRS specification to be a particularly good option for the tall driver.
The T9.5 48 degree back angle drops the head and shoulders to the lowest position that is practical in a standard kart chassis.
The T9.5VRS is available in 4 sizes MS, ML, L and XL.
Oliver Oakes won the 2005 CIK-FIA World FSA Championship using the T9.5 shape.

EB4 Bracket set for Lotus Elise/Exige B6 Screamer, B7 solid fix

The strong and rigid EB4 mounting bracket is made of 3 mm thick steel and is designed to solidly fit the B6 Screamer, Screamer XL 43 and B7 seats to the Elise/Exige for race and track applications.

The EB4 bracket can be used in the driver and passenger sides of both left hand drive and right hand drive cars. This bracket has integrated hip belt mounting points for a four or five point race harness included and it allows adjustment of angle, height and leg length in 5 mm increments.

The EB4 bracket set has a comprehensive fitting kit included, to cope with every combination of recommended seat type and position.

Suitability: B6 Screamer, B6 40 Screamer, B6 XL 43 Screamer (B6 XL Screamer with the rolled edge left on does not fit), B7-40-17, B7-44-17, and B6 standard when ordered with the side mount option.

EB5 Bracket set for Elise/Exige B6 Screamer, B7 onto Lotus original runners

This bracket is designed to fit Tillett race seats to the Elise/Exige/VX220 original Lotus runners. They enable fitment of types B6 Screamer, B6 43 XL Screamer, B7 and also the standard B6 when ordered with optional side mounts.

The bracket set includes side mounting bolts and a spacer set that allows the standard width B6, B7 B6 Screamer and B6 XL 43 Screamer seats to fit the Elise/Exige/VX220.

Belt mount points are included specifically for the race harness hip position. The original Lotus three point road belts do not fit correctly.

Suitability: B6 Screamer, B6 40 Screamer, B6 XL 43 Screamer, (B6 XL Screamer does not fit due to the rolled edge) B7-40-17, B7-44-17, and the standard non FIA B6 when ordered with side mounts.

T Board TRACK (2019)

The New T Board TRACK has been designed to speed up the fitting of a kart seat whilst at the circuit.

For fast accurate fitting of kart seats at the circuit.

Drops quickly into place without lifting the chassis.

Adapts to cope with obstructions like battery boxes and fuel pipes.

Converts to suit 28, 30 and 32mm chassis diameters.

Can be flipped upside down to suit engines on the left.

Fitting a kart seat is one of the most time consuming jobs for a mechanic, but it is also one of the most important elements of setup to get right. This is because the driver is around half the overall weight of the vehicle. Therefore, their position within the chassis needs to be fully understood and correct every time. The lap times are likely to increase if the seat is set just 5mm out. Understanding the optimum position is made even more difficult when you consider the many different seat shapes, sizes and driver seating preferences.

The T Board TRACK uses a lightweight but rigid carbon plate and four magnetic height setting bar assemblies. These assemblies hold the plate in a precise location which sets the low point of the seat. The jig can then be easily dropped onto the chassis in seconds. The seat is then placed on the board. By using the magnetic carbon slide rule to measure and hold it accurately at a set distance from the axle, all future seats are easy to fit in exactly the same place every time.

The New VH pads are made to support the hips and leg bones reducing the gap in a seat which is not perfectly sized.

The VH Pads are suede covered and have high quality Velcro attachment to ensure the pad does not come off when jumping in the kart.

The new V pads are made to cover the rib area. By covering the seat bolts they stop the commonplace holes appearing in the race suit, caused by the fabric being pinched between the seat bolt heads and a hard shell rib protector.

The V Pads are suede covered and have high quality Velcro attachment to ensure the pad does not come off when jumping in the kart.
