New Nylon chainguard in Rotax/TAG or KF versions

The NEW TAG chain guard is made from tough Nylon and is suitable, for the Rotax Max and

new KF engines. The plastic TAG guard is available in black and has a long bracket kit as standard which keeps the guard more rigidly located and helps move the fixings above the exhaust of the Max making access easier.

The guards are wide enough to allow the use

of sprocket protectors. Adjustable mid point to allow the sprocket to run centrally in the guard. Easy to cut and modify to fit most engine / kart combinations The price is £36.00 + vat including universal long bracket mounting kit.

B4 car seat

The new B4 replaces the popular B3 seat

with a number of updates.

The new Carbon/composite B4 seat weighs from only 4 kg and has been made to allow fitment into most of the narrowest vehicles around. Although light it is still rigid due to it's twin skin construction and it holds the driver

in a comfortable inclined racing position.

Padding is unnecessary making it ideal for open topped sports cars. The side mounted

B4 can be ordered with optional aluminum brackets for mounting to runners or directly to the floor.

Order a 40 or 42 cm front. A 40 cm front will

fit a Caterham, Westfield and most other

similar kit cars. Soft padded faux suede

B3.5 thin ultra lightweight car seat shell

.. to fit in the narrowest of vehicles.

By using this light flexible shell it is possible to

use the B4 shape in vehicles where the vast majority of sports/race seats would simply not fit.

Due to it's very thin and light construction (1.8kg) this seat needs to be used in a vehicle where the seat can be supported high up on the sides and

at the headrest. This can be from the vehicle itself

if it has a roll bar and bulkhead or from a metal support frame.

W1 car seat


The W1 is now available with a floor mountable back frame. With the new back frame it is

possible to mount the seat directly to the floor or the Tillett seat adjustment runners.

VH Hip Pads

The suede covered V H pads are used to size the drivers’ hips to the seat correctly. With the common use of thick rib protectors some drivers end up in seats that fit across the chest but are too big for them at the hips and it has become necessary to reduce the width at the hips for these drivers.
The Tillett VH pads take up this gap using firm foam and a durable suede outer layer. They fit using self adhesive Velcro so they can be re-used in multiple karts.
